No, generally you shouldn't have to pay to access a journal article.
The Library provides access to journal articles through your institutional login, and once logged in you shouldn't be asked to pay anything.
If the article you want is not available through the Library you can submit an Interloan request and we will source the article from another library for you - at no charge.
